At Achievers, students spend around 15% to 20% of their time in learning things as per their own choice. It enhances their interest in education, allows them to explore new areas, and encourages them to take ownership of their education.

Personalized Development Plan

Personalized Development Plan

Personalized Development Plan is an educational approach that aims to customize learning for each student's strengths, needs, and skills. Each student gets a "learning plan" based on what the student needs to learn and what he knows. It is the opposite of the "one size fits all" approach used in most schools.

Mentors share these plans with parents as well. To achieve the goal of Personalized Development Plans, parents and mentors work together as one team to support the children in achieving their goals.

Personalized Development Plans are prepared for all students of class 9th & 10th and selected students of other classes.

Special Hobby & Sports

We firmly believe that, along with academics, every child should acquire skills in One Sport and One Art for Life. On the one hand, they improve the quality of life and complement academic learning as they develop the overall personality of students. Proper implementation of sports and hobby curriculum guidelines inculcates qualities like discipline, leadership, team spirit, competitiveness, time management, among other qualities. It helps them to positively use their free time, manage their stress, and be physically fit.

Special hobby and sports programmes cover all students from class 3 onwards, and they are in addition to regular co-curricular education and activities as per the CBSE curriculum.

Special Hobby

As part of a special hobby program, every child is trained by the specialized mentor in one of the Art forms (Art & Craft, Dance, Music, and Dramatics) as per his / her choice. Children select the art form at the start of the year and get trained throughout the year. Students are also encouraged to appear for grade examinations in the area of art, as mentioned below.

  • Art & Craft – Elementary and Intermediate examination
  • Music – Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal
  • Dance – Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal

The preparation for the above examinations is done in the school itself within regular school hours.

Special Sport

Under the special sports programme, children select one sport among the available options at the start of the year, and professional coaches coach them throughout the year. They are also encouraged to participate in various sports tournaments.

Club Based Learning Program

Club Based Learning Program - The Achievers School

Children explore new horizons freely based on individual potential is an essential element of education at The Achievers School. Our Club based learning programme provides an opportunity for each child to explore new areas of intelligence beyond the boundaries of the syllabus and explore them without any limits as per their comfortable pace of learning.

Our clubs provide a way to integrate work and learning and gain practical experience in the field. Clubs are the best way to explore experiential learning for young people. Members of a club are mentors, children, and community experts who have similar interest areas and who work together to achieve common goals using well-defined processes and plans.

Currently, we have the following clubs and are committed to adding more as we grow.

Robotics

Tinkering

Dramatics
